Dusty days in the desert, tumbling tumbleweeds and cartwheeling cactus. This was a Rusty Young song, Young being the pedal steel player and only remaining founding member of the band these days. Timothy B. Schmit plays bass, harmonica (but not bass harmonica) and shares vocals, though he would join the Eagles the following year.
