I’m currently reading “Making the Scene: Yorkville and Hip Toronto in the 1960’s”, by Stuart Henderson (Yorkville was Canada’s Haight-Ashbury).  In the book is a photo of this entertaining 1968 menu from The Penny Farthing, a long since extinct coffeehouse:
